The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a memorandum on December 6, 2013 to clarify the criteria for determining payment responsibility for drugs for hospice beneficiaries. The memorandum requested that all comments be submitted to CMS by Noon EST on January 6, 2014. We are extending the deadline to submit comments until 6PM EST on Friday January 10, 2014.
